Rugged, compact and cost-effective, QUARTET has been developed for non-destructive testing and laser ultrasound in industrial environment. Based on multi-channel random quadrature detection technology, QUARTET is designed for remote detection of sub-nanometer displacements. No path stabilization is required. The stability of the interferometer is based on the multi-channel, parallel demodulation that is done electronically.

Coupled to a small fiber head that delivers the probe beam and collects the signal beam, QUARTET is adapted to the versatile and demanding industrial applications where testing on moving, hot sample is often required. Designed for point and shoot operation, QUARTET is easy to operate and can be coupled to a 2D scanner for full-field analysis.
